My name is Sergio Slansky. I am currently a principal design manager at Microsoft on Viva, an employee experience platform. I lead an incredible team called Viva Foundations, that is focused on bringing a cohesive interconnected suite experience across Viva through growth and discoverability. In addition, we oversee a design system, platform guidance, suite coherence, and product direction.
Formely, a Senior Designer at Nike (HR Global Strategy and Service Innovation) , where I was leading and contributing to the design of products that elevate the employee experience. A product designer on the Nike Adapt app (iOS and aOS) within the Nike Digital Design Organization,. A freelance designer, as well as a Product Designer at Solutional Inc., a Lead Designer at Pro Photo Supply, and the Lead Designer at Journeys of the Heart Adoption Services.
I am a multidisciplinary designer specializing in digital design, with a focus on connected products, services, and interactive experiences. He has worked with Canon, Fujifilm, Gtech, Intel, Nike, Nikon, Panasonic, Samsung, Sony, Tozny, and more.
