Hey, I’m Sergio Slansky — a Principal Design Manager at Microsoft, where I lead design teams focused on upskilling. I lead the Vivaxq Learning and People Skills teams. We’re reimagining what learning and growth look like in the age of AI by integrating intelligent tools directly into the flow of work. Our goal is to empower individuals, align talent with organizational needs, and unlock new career opportunities through meaningful, AI-driven experiences.
Formely, a Senior Designer at Nike (HR Global Strategy and Service Innovation) , where I was leading and contributing to the design of products that elevate the employee experience. A product designer on the Nike Adapt app (iOS and aOS) within the Nike Digital Design Organization,. A freelance designer, as well as a Product Designer at Solutional Inc., a Lead Designer at Pro Photo Supply, and the Lead Designer at Journeys of the Heart Adoption Services.
I am a multidisciplinary designer specializing in digital design, with a focus on connected products, services, and interactive experiences. He has worked with Canon, Fujifilm, Gtech, Intel, Nike, Nikon, Panasonic, Samsung, Sony, Tozny, and more.
With thirteen years of experience elevating brands and products through design thinking and five years as a freelancer and team leader. I’m an Innovative designer, thought partner, and researcher with a proven ability to create meaningful experiences that align user and business goals while creating successful products.
